Most of our store's products are shipped using UPS express services, and only in extremely rare cases do we encounter lost shipments. Should this occur, customers are protected by our after sales service, and we will issue a full refund to the customer.

We primarily ship to the U.S. with delivery arriving within 15 days, including production time.
